Welcome to JRTECH Web Portal Services ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or activating your subscription.

1. Scope of Services

  • We provide plug-and-play Wi-Fi business kits, captive portal setup, and subscription-based Wi-Fi management systems for individuals and businesses.
  • Our services are designed to help users share, manage, and monetize their internet connections securely and efficiently.

2. Product Information

  • All hardware kits and software subscriptions are described accurately on our website.
  • Specifications and inclusions may change without prior notice to improve performance or quality.
  • Images shown are for illustration purposes only; actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are processed upon full payment confirmation.
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, GCash, PayMaya, or other authorized payment channels.
  • Prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) and may be adjusted without notice.
  • For customized business solutions, a formal quotation and agreement will be provided prior to payment.

4. Delivery and Installation

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • JRTECH is not responsible for courier delays or shipping damages caused by third-party logistics providers.
  • Installation is designed to be plug-and-play; user guides and online assistance are provided as needed.
  • Optional remote setup or technical assistance may be arranged for an additional fee.

5. System Access and Usage

  • Each subscription is licensed to one registered user or business entity only.
  • Unauthorized sharing, resale, or duplication of software or login credentials is strictly prohibited.
  • Users are responsible for the proper use of their equipment and Wi-Fi system in compliance with Philippine data and privacy laws.
  • JRTECH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating fair-use or misuse policies.

6. Warranty and Support

  • All hardware kits include a standard 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, unauthorized modification, or electrical faults.
  • Subscription and system access are valid only for the purchased duration (e.g., 1-year access).
  • Technical support is available via phone, email, or chat during business hours.

7. Liability

  • JRTECH is not liable for losses or damages caused by improper installation, configuration, or external network issues.
  • Users are solely responsible for compliance with local internet-sharing regulations.
  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our website or forms is used only for transaction processing, service activation, and customer support. We do not sell or share user data with third parties without consent.

9. Amendments

🚫 Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment if the item has not yet been shipped or activated.
  • Once the product is dispatched or the subscription activated, cancellations are no longer accepted.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product or package was shipped.
  • The hardware is defective upon arrival (subject to inspection).
  • A technical issue prevents service activation and cannot be resolved by our support team.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incompatibility due to customer's existing network setup.
  • Service interruptions caused by customer-side internet issues.
  • Subscription time already used or activated.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product return or approval.
  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method (bank transfer, GCash, etc.).
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:
